Void is used if you want to reverse a credit card or electronic check transaction on the same day as the initial transaction.
To void a transaction:
(make sure you are logged in to your account)
- 1) Click Void(In the left column, choose the “Refund” either under Electronic Check or under Credit Card – depending on the type of transaction you are refunding)
- 2) Enter the Transaction ID(If you don’t have the transaction ID, you can search for the transaction by clicking on the magnifying glass icon.)
Click the “Void” button
