HOW DO YOU RUN A CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION?

How to run a Credit Card transaction

1. Login to the Easy Pay Direct Gateway
2. Look for “Credit Card” in the left column.  Click on “Sale” immediately under it.

3. Enter the correct credit card number

4. Enter the expiration date

5. Enter the amount of the transaction

6. Enter any other information you would like the system to capture (Name, address, email address, etc)

7. IF you have more than one option – select a processor from the drop down menu on the bottom of the page

8. Check the box if you would like to send your customer/client an email receipt (you must enter their email address above for this to work).

9. Click Charge
