      IS A BUSINESS LICENSE NEEDED TO USE THIS SERVICE?

      In order to setup a merchant account you must have a business.  A business license is not necessarily required, but if you are a sole proprietor you must submit documentation such as DBA paperwork filed with the state to indicate that you are Doing Business As “XYZ Company”.
